U.S. Orders

For the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states), standard delivery is typically completed by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). For shipping addresses that cannot receive USPS parcels, UPS Ground is available for an additional charge at checkout. Please Note: UPS cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

We do not offer shipping to other outlying U.S. territories at this time.

International Orders

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada only. For all other countries, refer to our Find a Stockist page to find Indie Lee retailers in your region.

Orders shipping to Canada may take up to four weeks to deliver, depending on logistics and customs processing time. Shipping cost is charged at checkout, however, customs fees such as duties and taxes are NOT included in your Indie Lee order total. Customs fees are assessed at the border based on your order details and paid directly to Canadian Customs. If you have questions about customs fees on an order, please contact your local customs authority.

Banish Stick, Banish Solution and Gentle Daily Peel are considered hazardous materials (HAZMAT) due to their alcohol content. HAZMAT products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, or Canada.

Subscriptions, Gift Cards, limited editions, and products purchased with a 40% or more discount are considered final sale and non-returnable.

We accept returns for products purchased at www.indielee.com. If you purchased our products from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for assistance.
