Returns from CHAOSRXOptics
60-Day Returns at CHAOSRXOptics
CHAOSRXOptics accepts returns of unworn products in their original packaging within 60 days from the date of receipt.
Return shipping
For eligible U.S. returns, we provide a prepaid return label.
We do not charge a restock fee or return label fee.
If we made an error with your order, we cover the return shipping and make it right.
International customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes, and handling charges unless the return is due to our error.
Returns are processed after the carrier scans the return shipment or, for international returns, after the returned package is received.
Prescription and custom lenses
Prescription lenses are custom-made and cannot be restocked. Custom-ground Rx lenses are not eligible for standard buyer-remorse returns. If the prescription is wrong, the lens was made incorrectly, or the fit fails on a corporate Rx order, email info@chaosrxoptics.com and we will handle it as a remake through the program process.
Warranty issues
Product warranties are handled through the manufacturer warranty for the brand purchased. If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, email info@chaosrxoptics.com and we will help route the issue to the correct brand warranty process.
Manufacturer warranties do not generally cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
