If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at ukservice @bagsmart.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.

For orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.

BAGSMART offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the policy below prior to your purchase.

Customers are responsible for returning shipping fees for wrong size or unwanted items.

*If the product is returned for non-quality problems , the return delivery fee will need to be paid by the customer.

*If customers receive damaged products, they do not need to bear the return shipping cost.

*If the package is rejected, 10% of the refund amount will be deducted as the shipping fee.

PLEASE KINDLY NOTE:

•The items must be returned in perfect condition, along with any accompanying accessories, documents, and hangtags provided when sending your order.

•We offer a 30-day Love-It-or-Leave-It Guarantee. This means that if you don't love our products, for any reason, we'll take them back within 30 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

•Returns on Buy One Get One Free promotions will be prorated across all qualifying items and applied to the refund or credit amount. Please give us 14 business days to process your return. Allow one to two payment cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you return any part of an order that was part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced.

•We strive to provide feedback within 1-3 business days.

Please email ukservice@bagsmart.com with your order number and return request to make sure your purchase is eligible for a return. After approval, we’ll send you the return address. Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available.

HOW TO RETURN

•Email ukservice@bagsmart.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Attach photos showing the items in their original condition, including packaging and tags.

•Proof of purchase is required.

•We will provide you with the return address via email. Please do not send your return to the address on the package.

•Share the return tracking number with us for faster processing.

•Allow 3-6 business days for our warehouse to inspect the returned items.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your orders prior to shipment and will get full refund if the order is canceled successfully.

You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.

EXCHANGE

You can contact us to replace the product before the package is dispatched. But due to the timeline for processing exchanges and the limited nature of most of our inventory, we usually don't offer exchanges.

We recommend placing a new order for the item you like and returning your current order for a refund by following the steps above.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow the following steps:

First, check your bank account again.

Second, contact your credit card company, because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Third, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
