Shipping Addresses

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

Frozen products are not available for shipping.

Unopened Products

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment or store credit.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Opened Food, Treats, Chews, and Supplements

Because we cannot verify how consumable products have been stored or handled after delivery, opened food, treats, chews, supplements, and other consumable products are generally not eligible for a refund.

Store credit may be offered at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
