✅ Unopened & Unused Items (14-Day Return Window)

•Most new, unopened, and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

•Items must be in original condition, including original packaging, all accessories, manuals, and inserts.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

•Clearance items

•Sale / discounted items

•Special order items

•Opened filament & resin

•Used printers, parts, or consumables

🚚 Return Shipping (Unopened Items)

•Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective items.

•Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

•Returns must be shipped using a trackable carrier. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

🔄 Exchanges

•Eligible returns may be exchanged for the same product, store credit, or a product of equal value.

•If a replacement is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

❗ Opened Items & Used Products

•Opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund, unless confirmed defective.

•This includes opened filament & resin, used printers, and installed or tested electronics.

🛠 Defective, Damaged, or DOA Items

•Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

•Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos and/or video evidence.

•Once verified, we will issue a replacement, repair, or refund.

Return shipping will be fully covered by us for confirmed defects.

💳 Refund Processing

•Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

•Processing time is typically 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

•Orders refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed parcels are subject to:

•Outbound shipping costs

•Return shipping costs

•Restocking fee (if applicable)
