Shipping to the United States: We ask for 2-3 business days to process your order before shipment. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or on Holidays.

For customers shipping packages to the US, all orders under $100 (after all discounts are applied) are charged shipping.

Orders over $100 (after discounts) have free shipping. Orders shipped within the continental US have 5-8 day transit times with ground shipping. Alaska and HI have longer transit times. This is expected.

We do offer expedited shipping at checkout. Keep in mind that expedited shipping begins when the order ships - which is after our standard order processing times.

We ship with USPS/UPS/DHL/OnTrac/Amazon/FedEx. We are not liable for any delays caused by the USPS/UPS/DHL/OnTrac/Amazon/FedEx for any reasons.

If you are experiencing complications for your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier. For most cases, Cozy Earth is unable to provide any additional information or changes to your shipment once it has left our facilities.

Cozy Earth is not liable for any lost packages due to address errors.

Please be aware that some orders require a signature for delivery for its safety and security.

We do not make money on charging you for shipping. We are very conservative in our shipping charge costs, and in many cases, we undercharge what the actual cost is to ship the product(s). Shipping is not our product.Due to International customs fees, import taxes and shipping costs - we are not able to offer a “Free Shipping” option for our international customers.Our international shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order.All packages shipped via FedEx/DHL International generally arrive within 5-14 business days. However, delays created by customs may require a 10-20 business-day time in transit. Custom Duties & Charges: Most countries impose a customs duty and import tax on goods from abroad (this is not rare). These customs duties and import taxes are beyond our control and may delay your package from arriving on time (this is rare). Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or future accommodations for customers receiving customs duties or import taxes.If you are unable or simply do not wish to pay the customs fee, your package will be returned to us and you will only be penalized for the cost of shipping your package.You will be refunded upon receiving your order back at our facility.

Returns: Our return policy is 100 days from the date of delivery for all bedding products. All other products have a 30 day return policy. If the return window has passed sincedelivery of your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange yourorder.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards

If your order qualifies for return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in the form ofan order number.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an automated email withyour refund or exchange information.

Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. You should expect tosee your refund within 3-5 business days.

If you don’t see the refund in your account within the 3-5 business days, contact yourcard company. It may take some time before your refund is fully posted.

If you’ve already contacted your bank and you still have not been able to locate therefund, please contact us at support@cozyearth.com for further assistance.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your items, please Visit our exchanges page - to get it set up.

If you have difficulty processing an exchange for a different item, send us an email at support@cozyearth.com , and we will be more than happy to assist.

Gift returns or exchanges: You can set up a gift return or exchange on our website here: Visit our exchanges page .You need to make sure to choose “Returning a Gift” at the bottom of the input box.

You will need the original order number and zip code the package was shipped to inorder to process a gift return.

If you are not certain of that information, please contact us at support@cozyearth.com with the original purchaser's full name and email address so we can look for thatinformation.

Please note: All gift returns are refunded to a gift card, and the original purchaser isNOT notified of the return or exchange. There is not an option for a cash refund.

Return shipping costs:

A processing fee will be deducted for each return based on the value of the returned items as follows:

*(Domestic Exchanges) No processing fee will be deducted.

*(Domestic Returns) A processing fee will be deducted: 3% of the refund value or $11.99—whichever is greater.

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

International customers get a pre-paid return label that the cost is deducted from their refund.
