We offer a 45‑day returns policy for unused items in saleable condition purchased from our web store. To organise a return, please email support@tooletries.reamaze.com. We do not cover postage costs for return shipping, nor issue prepaid returns labels. Once we receive your items, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.
