At Wanda Supply Shipping & Delivery Times are very important and we want our customers to enjoy their products as soon as possible. We have a big quality check standard which sometimes creates longer processing and handling times.

Estimated delivery time to the U.S are between 7-21 business days, depending on the product, season and demand.

We have High Standard Shipping partners such us DHL, USPS, China Post, EMS, K – Post, among others.

You’ll be able to track your orders in our website using your Order number and your email.

Due to our commitment with our Customers, we understand sometimes packages gets lost in transit. If you don’t receive your order in 45 business days you can choose to receive a full refund or receive a replacement at our expenses.

Our policy lasts 30 days (exclusions apply, please see below). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Product must be in new condition with original packaging. Not torn, worn or damaged.

7 Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact our Customer Care Team RMA authorization within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we can send you a new item free of charge.

Special Note:

Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). Attachment size must be under 2MB.

Please note that we don’t refund any shipping cost and do not cover shipping cost for return. Your shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Returns & Refunds are accepted in case product is defective and there are proven documentation of it’s malfunction. Once received proper information, you’ll get further instructions.

We don’t accept returns nor refunds if customer changes it mind after placing their order.

Exchanges can be made for any product or size. Returns are given in store credit & all sales are final. No returns on Promotional Sales, Discounted Orders, Clearance Items & International Orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the exchange process.

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your delivery address or if the post office is unable to deliver to your address due to incorrect address given or if they are unable to gain entry/access.

All refund will be returned to your original payment within 7 to 10 business days after it is processed.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS

Because orders are processed quickly after they are received, we do not allow cancellations after an order is placed. All Sales are Final.
