Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Deborah's Fashions encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Deborah's Fashions at your expense. You will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Damaged Goods

If goods are received damaged , you are advised to contact us within 1-3 days after receipt of product. We will provide a full refund if product(s) is fully damaged, and a partial refund if partially damaged.

Missing Items

We will offer a refund if you receive the wrong product(s).

If you received the wrong color item or size, please contact us immediately.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been processed by our warehouses.

Order not receive

We will not refund or replace good(s), if the tracking number shows that the items were delivered.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like swimsuits and under wear, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges We currently offer no exchanges. However, please contact us should you have problems with your order.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the information regarding your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
