Shipping Locations

•We deliver island-wide to any location within Sri Lanka

Shipping Time

•Most orders are estimated to be delivered within 2 to 7 business days depending on the delivery location

•Our team works hard to ensure a timely delivery, but it may take longer during promotions, public holidays, travel restrictions or any unforeseen delays

•You will receive a third-party courier tracking number (when applicable).

Delivery Fees

•A delivery fee would apply for all orders delivered in Sri Lanka

•Depending on your shipping address, the delivery fee can vary. It starts at Rs. 400

•Kindly ensure that the “City” field of the shipping address is typed correctly, with no spelling errors.

•Always enter the larger or nearest city wherever possible, instead of the town for an accurate shipping rate (ex. Instead of “Akuressa” try “Matara”)

Orders above Rs. 100,000

•We offer free island-wide shipping for orders above Rs. 100,000.

•The free shipping option must be selected at checkout to utilise this offer

•The estimated delivery time is the same as our standard shipping option

Store Pickups

•For your added convenience, you can choose to order online, and pick up at any of our stores

•Store Pickup orders will be ready for collection within 1 to 4 business days. *Orders including bedding items may take more than 2 days for pick up

•Orders placed on weekdays before 4pm will be ready for pick up on the following working day.

•Orders placed over the weekend will be ready for pick up on Monday (after 12pm).

•We will notify you via email once the order is dispatched and ready to be collected

•You can make a payment online before you collect your order

Changes to Shipping Address or Shipping Method

•To change the delivery address or shipping method of your order, kindly contact us immediately at online@elegantsmockers.com or on our hotline at +94 72 226 4444. We will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed

•As our team works hard to get your orders dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change

•Any increase in delivery fee is to be borne by the customer

Store Pickup to Delivery

•Delivery fee would apply for orders below Rs. 100,000

•Free delivery can be arranged within Sri Lanka for orders above Rs. 100,000

•The amount due can be paid online — ES shipping rates would apply

Delivery to Store Pickup

•Delivery fee will not be refunded for cash or store credit

Elegant Smockers Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We do not offer cash refund — only store credit or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original condition along with the receipt or proof of purchase.We reserve the right to refuse the exchange in case it is not in the same condition that you received it.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Any applicable courier charges to be incurred by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You have 7 days from the delivery date to exchange your Elegant Smockers online purchase, after your return request is accepted.

Damages and issues

•Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

•We will arrange the courier free of charge in the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us is damaged or defective, or if the item delivered, is different from what you had ordered

Exceptions / non-returnable items

•Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as baby care products, creams and lotions). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

•Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Via Online

•You can exchange items from your online order by sending back the item to our warehouse via a courier

•Any applicable courier charges to be incurred by the customer

•We will be unable to release the exchanged product until the original product has been received

•Your request for an exchange will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the item, and undergo a quality review

•Once cleared, we will issue store credit in the form of a discount code for the value of the item(s)

•You can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item utilising the code, valid for a limited period

Via Physical Store

•You also have the option of exchanging items from your online order by visiting one of our stores in-person (Colombo or Kandy branches)

•You must contact the online team via email at websales@elegantsmockers.com or call us at 0722264444 to request an in-store exchange

•We will issue a store exchange confirmation via email, which has to be presented at the store when visiting us for an online exchange

•Please note that you have to visit the outlet within 7 days from the confirmed date

•Our retail staff will inspect and review the condition of the item.
