Policy Window: Customers may request a return or exchange within 60 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be returned in new or good condition, including all original parts and packaging. Slightly used items are also eligible for return.

Acceptance: Returns and exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.

To ensure a risk-free experience, Avontic provides free return shipping on all eligible returns.

Method: All returns are completed by mail.

Return Shipping Cost: Free for the customer. Avontic will provide a pre-paid return label for all returns and exchanges requested within the 60-day window.
