At Alpine Outlets, we work hard to process and deliver every order as quickly and safely as possible. Some items are prepared and shipped from our facility, while others are fulfilled through our extended logistics network.

Order Processing

•Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

•Certain items may require additional preparation time depending on size, packaging requirements, or inventory location.

Estimated Delivery Times

•Most standard shipments are delivered within 5–10 business days after shipment.

•Certain large or specialty items may require 1–3 weeks for preparation, scheduling, or freight handling.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

•Tracking details are provided once they become available.

•In some cases, tracking may initially display “In Preparation” or “Label Created” before showing carrier movement.

Partial Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different dates.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin preparing orders quickly after purchase. Because of this, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is in progress.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@alpineoutlets.com All approved cancellations are subject to our standard 20% restocking fee as outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Local Pickup & Delivery

For items not shipped via standard carriers (UPS/FedEx):

In-Store Pickup – Once your order arrives at our store (typically 2–3 weeks for specialty items), we will contact you to schedule pickup.

Local Delivery – Once your order is ready, we will arrange delivery with our third-party team. Local delivery fees are calculated separately at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

•We ship only within the continental United States (Lower 48 states).

•We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international addresses, or P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO addresses.

Carriers & Tracking

Carriers – We use trusted partners such as UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight providers. The carrier is selected based on your location and the item’s size or weight.

Tracking – You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once it becomes available.

Delays Outside Our Control

Delivery timelines may be affected by carrier delays, weather, seasonal demand, or operational constraints. Alpine Outlets is not responsible for delays caused by these factors.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@alpineoutlets.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund when applicable.

Returns

Online Purchases

•Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

•Refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee

Store credit is issued for the full purchase amount and never expires when chosen instead of a refund

•Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable

•Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective

•Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories included

In-Store Purchases

•Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase

•No refunds. Store credit only

•Store credit never expires

•Delivery fees are non-refundable

•Items must be returned in original condition

All financing and layaway purchases are final sale

This applies to purchases completed in-store.

Financing, Layaway, Lease-to-Own & Buy Now Pay Later

Purchases made through third-party financing, layaway, lease-to-own, or payment-plan providers are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Any lease or financing agreement is governed solely by the provider’s terms. Alpine Outlets cannot cancel, modify, or reverse financed transactions once completed.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:

Mattresses that have been opened or used

BBQ grills or outdoor appliances that have been used

Assembled furniture

Floor models or showroom displays

•Perishable goods, custom orders, or personal care items

Final Sale / Clearance items (as marked)

•Auction items or bundled promotions

Return Condition Requirements

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange if the item is not in acceptable condition. Returns may be refused if the item shows:

•Damage, misuse, or excessive wear

•Missing parts, hardware, or packaging

•Stains, odors, pet hair, or residue

•Any alterations or modifications

•Opened or used condition for items sold as “new”

•All returns must pass inspection before refund, credit, or exchange is approved.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item upon pickup or delivery.

•If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.

•For faster processing, please include photos of the item and original packaging.

•We cannot guarantee resolution on issues reported after the 48 hour window.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast turnaround times. Because of this, we can’t guarantee that an order can be canceled once it’s been placed.

•If you’d like to request a cancellation, please reach out to us right away, and our team will do our best to assist before the order ships or is prepared for pickup.

•A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved order cancellations.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items under any circumstances — including if the same item goes on sale after your purchase.
