Timely Returns: Ensure that items reach TLF within 14 days of receiving the return mailing label. Remember, return labels expire after 14 days.

Quality Check: Please ensure all items are in pristine condition, undamaged, unworn, and unwashed, with their original hang tags still attached.

Hassle-Free Policy: Simply initiate your return within 30 days of delivery through our user-friendly returns portal.

Shipping Assistance: We cover shipping costs for your first return within the United States.

Subsequent returns from the same order will require you to cover the shipping fees.

Global Returns: Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Outlet Exclusions: Please note that items from our outlet section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Efficient Exchanges: Exchange orders are processed promptly upon receipt, assessment, and approval of returned items.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive it for our returns team to process your return order.

Quality Assurance: Exchanged items must meet our quality standards, being undamaged, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags intact. Items not meeting these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee.

Guideline Adherence: We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with these guidelines, ensuring fairness and consistency for all our customers.

Refund Policy

NO INSTANT RETURNS

•Please note, TLF must receive, inspect, and assess your returned items before any compensation may be issued.

•Items received damaged, dirty, or without tags, are subject to a 25% restocking fee or return rejection if deemed non-sellable. In this case, the item may be returned to you. (Please note dirty items include: Pet Hair, Deodorant Marks, Bodily Fluids, etc.)

•Items that are received after our 30-day return period cannot be refunded without management approval, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

•The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days once the product is received at our facility from USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for the amount to appear back on your bank statement.

•Please note, Refunds may take longer to be processed throughout official Holidays.
