Order Processing

Most orders process within 2-5 business days (excluding FedEx Overnight and Pick-Up orders).

Orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Expedited Shipping (FedEx Overnight/2-Day)

Orders placed with FedEx Overnight/2-Day before 12 PM PST will ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 12 PM PST will ship the next business day.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.

If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, shipping costs and missing products will not be reimbursed.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for domestic orders over $60.

Angelus Direct reserves the right to choose the best shipping method for qualifying orders.

Transit times are not guaranteed as they are out of our hands once shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Angelus Direct is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered."

To prevent theft, we offer Signature Confirmation at checkout for an additional fee.

Pick-Up Eligibility

Orders placed by 2:30 PM PST, Monday–Friday are eligible for same-day pick-up.

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Please wait for the email before arriving.

Pick-Up Instructions

Pick-up hours: 8 AM - 3:30 PM PST, Monday–Friday.

Upon arrival, stay in your car and call the phone number provided in the email. Share your order number with our team, and an agent will bring your order out shortly.

Next-Day Pick-Up

Orders placed after 2:30 PM PST may not be ready until the following business day.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@angelusdirect.com.

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened/unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as Luxury Leather Laces, & Airbrushes that have had their plastic packaging/seal removed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@angelusdirect.com.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not accept exchanges only returns. Once shipped back we will refund products, if not used, for full refund minus postage. Shipping To return your product, please contact us at info@angelusdirect.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Please do send products without an RMA form as they may be rejected or discarded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
