At Holla Store Front, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds, subject to the policy below.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received them.

In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and receipts or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect, damaged, or defective items).

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
