SHIPPINGYou may choose to have your online order shipped within the US, just select that option at check out. Online orders will be ready to ship within 1-3 business days, and will arrive in approximately 2-10 business days after shipping date. If you need to expedite shipment please email us at phina@phinashop.com. This applies only to the continental United States.

Please note: If your actual shipping charges exceed the amount initially calculated at checkout, you will be responsible for the additional fees. We’ll notify you before processing your order to confirm any extra charges. Thank you for your understanding!

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGESIf your order was damaged during shipment please email us at phina@phinashop.com within 5 days of receiving the package and we will file a claim with the carrier. If you have not received your order within 12 days of shipping confirmation please email us at phina@phinashop.com.

*Phina is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to the address provided, in this case it is the recipient's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.

IN STORE PICK UPYou may choose to pick up your online order at any of our stores at no charge, just select that option at check out. Online orders will be ready for in-store pick up within 1-3 business days. Please wait for a phone call or text letting you know that your order is ready for pick up. Orders will be held for 90 days, after which, customers will receive a final notice phone call and or/an email. If an order is not picked up after 90 days, the order will be restocked, and is not eligible for refund.

ONLINE RETURNS

Within 21 days of purchase, email phina@phinashop.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and phone number. Once approved, ship items back within 5 days to: Phina Returns, 1305 Distributors Row, Ste A, Elmwood, LA 70123

Items must be unworn and unused with Phina tags. Refunds are applied to your original payment method within 7–14 days. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

ONLINE EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, follow the return process above, then place a new order. To apply a previous discount to your new order, email phina@phinashop.com.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Select in-store pickup at checkout — it’s free. Orders are ready within 1–3 business days; we’ll call or text when yours is ready. Orders held for 90 days. After 90 days, unclaimed orders are restocked with no refund.

Select shipping at checkout. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in approximately 2–10 business days (continental US only). Need expedited shipping? Email phina@phinashop.com.

If your actual shipping cost exceeds what was calculated at checkout, we’ll contact you to confirm before processing.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

• Damaged: Email phina@phinashop.com within 5 days of delivery.

• Lost: Email us if your order hasn’t arrived within 12 days of your shipping confirmation.

Phina is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. In that case, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled the same day (during store hours) if not yet processed. Shipped orders cannot be canceled. To cancel, email phina@phinashop.com

• Full-priced items with receipt → refund

• Gifts → store credit

• Items purchased to qualify for a free gift → store credit
