1. Curbside Shipping

2. Threshold Delivery

•Delivery is made to the first dry, accessible area of the home

•Common delivery locations include a garage or just inside the front door

•No stairs, room placement, unpacking, or debris removal included

•This option is ideal for customers who prefer assistance getting furniture inside but plan to handle placement themselves.

3. Room of Choice

•Recommended for furniture

•Delivery to the room of your choice

•Item is placed where you direct within the home

•Unpacking and debris removal are not included

•This service is suitable for customers who want furniture delivered to a specific room but plan to unpack on their own.

4. White Glove Delivery

•Premium service for furniture

•Delivery to the room of your choice

•Full unboxing and careful placement of the item

•Removal of all packaging and debris

•This option offers the most convenient and hassle-free experience and is recommended for large or heavy furniture.

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to the delivery location

Any special delivery conditions (stairs, tight hallways, elevators, or restricted access) should be disclosed at the time of ordering

Crafters & Weavers Refund / Exchange / Damage Policy:We are here to answer any questions you have about our product. Please feel free to ask anything that will help you make the best buying decision before purchase.Cancelled OrdersIf you need to cancel an order you must notify us by email (orders@craftersandweavers.com) within 2 days for a full refund. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. If you cancel after 2 days but before shipping you will be refunded the price paid less a 20% processing and restocking fee.ReturnsOur policy lasts 3 days after delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ORIGINAL PACKAGING.To be eligible for a return, your item must:

•be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deducted from the refund amount at our discretion.

You should insure the shipment and make sure it is properly packed to arrive back to us in the same condition it left. You are responsible for all return shipping charges and initial shipping charges are non refundable. We also recommend using a service with tracking information, we cannot guarantee your shipment will arrive back to us.

Returns on Orders with Free Shipping

You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with your order if you decide to return. Price varies depending on your area and what you ordered. Please contact us with any questions. Original packaging is required for all returns.

ExchangesWe only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@craftersandweavers.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Original packaging is required for all exchanges.

US Shipping

Damage Policy

All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely. In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged, notify us immediately. Damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

DO NOT DISPOSE OF ORIGINAL PACKAGING

If you receive a damaged item, we will assist you in receiving a replacement as quickly as possible - at no cost to you.

Should you observe any damage to the outer packaging, please inspect the item in the presence of the shipper and if there is significant damage, indicate as such when you sign their paperwork and reject the shipment and have the carrier return it to us. Take photos of the outer packaging and any damage to the furniture and send to orders@craftersandweavers.com

If there is minor damage, please indicate as such when you sign for the shipment. Take photos of the outer packaging and any damage to the furniture and send to orders@craftersandweavers.com and we will assist with repairs by either you or a professional in your area.
