Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information within one business day.

U.S. Shipping

Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Free Shipping: Automatically applied on U.S. orders over $35.

Carriers: Most domestic orders ship via Amazon. We use USPS for PO Boxes, Worldwide US Military Addresses, and US territories.

Express options: FedEx 2-day Expedited shipping is available to select and purchase at checkout.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to many countries worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and carrier availability.

Estimated delivery times by region:

Canada: 5–7 business days after shipment

Europe: 5–10 business days after shipment

Asia, Africa, Central & South America: Up to 3 weeks after shipment

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.

•In many countries, applicable VAT or taxes are collected at checkout.

•If not collected at purchase, your package may be held in customs until payment is received.

•Tiege Hanley is not responsible for additional fees, delays, or refused shipments due to unpaid duties.

Please ensure your shipping address uses standard English alphabet characters (A–Z) and use your full name to prevent customs or delivery issues.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to certain countries due to carrier or customs limitations. A full list of unsupported countries can be found on our Support Page .

Tracking & Delivery

All customers receive tracking information by email once the order ships.

•For international shipments, tracking updates may be delayed until your package clears customs.

•If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.

Refunds, Returns, and the 30-Day Handsome Guarantee

1. The 30-Day Handsome Guarantee

Tiege Hanley offers a 30-Day Handsome Guarantee to eligible customers. The guarantee period begins on the date the applicable order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

The Handsome Guarantee applies only to a customer’s first purchase with Tiege Hanley. Only one (1) guarantee claim per household is permitted .

All additional refund or return requests outside this guarantee are subject to Tiege Hanley’s sole discretion .

2. Eligibility Limitations

The Handsome Guarantee and any return or refund rights are subject to the following limitations:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable

Opened, used, or unsealed products are not eligible for return , unless expressly approved in writing by Tiege Hanley

3. Returns of Unopened Products

Unopened, unused, and factory-sealed products may be eligible for return if the following conditions are met:

The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

The customer provides photographic proof of the unopened product

The return is approved in advance by a Tiege Hanley Customer Experience Agent

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs . Tiege Hanley does not provide prepaid return labels.

Approved returns are subject to the following:

A 20% restocking fee , calculated on the product subtotal (excluding shipping)

Original shipping charges remain non-refundable

4. Subscription Orders

Subscription renewals may be cancelled for a full refund only if cancellation occurs prior to shipment .

Once a subscription order has shipped, it is treated as a standard order and is subject to all applicable return and refund rules described herein .

5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Orders

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and current at the time an order or subscription renewal is processed.

Tiege Hanley is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to Tiege Hanley as undeliverable due to customer-provided address errors:

A refund may be issued for the first returned shipment only , at Tiege Hanley’s discretion

Subsequent shipments sent to the same invalid address are not eligible for refunds , even if returned

Any approved refund will exclude original shipping charges and may be subject to applicable restocking or processing fees

Orders may be reshipped to a corrected address upon payment of applicable shipping fees.

6. Approval Requirement

All returns and refunds must be approved by Tiege Hanley customer support prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

7. Abuse, Limitations, and Discretion

Tiege Hanley reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

Limit, deny, or revoke return or refund privileges

Deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, excessive returns, repeated claims, or fraudulent activity

Modify or terminate the Handsome Guarantee or this policy at any time, subject to applicable law

All determinations regarding eligibility, approval, and refunds are made at Tiege Hanley’s sole discretion .
