USPS ground shipping may be experiencing delays at this time that are out of our control. If you need your order by an urgent date, you can update to express shipping.

Domestic Shipping Information

Orders placed before 1pm PST are processed Monday - Friday within 48 hours of when the order was placed. Please keep in mind that it can take 2-7 business days to receive your order from the date it was shipped; not the date the order was placed. Express orders placed before 1pm PST will ship the same day, otherwise they will ship the following business day if placed after 1pm PST.

You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you that your order has shipped. Customers who create an account and join our Club Mumu Loyalty Program are eligible for free domestic shipping. Users that check out as a guest and do not create an account are subject to a $6.99 shipping fee. Both free and paid standard shipping options are shipped via USPS first class mail. W e do not refund outgoing shipping.

Orders over $500

A signature will be required for all orders of $500 or more, prior to any discounts or coupon codes that are applied. The signature requirement is in place to protect our customers and ensure that your package is delivered to the intended recipient.

FedEx Ground: 5-14 Business Days, $10.99

FedEx 2 Day: 2 Business Days, $19.99

Fedex International: 5-7 Business Days, $29.99

US Domestic Transit Times

Our packages ship from Los Angeles California. Transit times vary depending on shipping address.

US Holidays

Packages do not ship from our warehouse on US holidays (e.g. New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via Fedex Economy, orders shipped via this service are charged a flat rate of $29.99. Please keep in mind that it can take 2-7 business days to receive your order from the date it was shipped. All international orders are final sale.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders are shipped duties and taxes unpaid. Customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card payments we also accept PayPal and Afterpay. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

Return Policy

- Standard Returns (outside of the holiday window above): We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for a Refund (minus an $8 return fee), Exchange or Gift Card. Exchanges are always free!

- Items marked Exchange or Store Credit Only are not eligible for refunds.

- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

- Domestic returns only.

Are Returns Free?

- An $8 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

- Want FREE returns? Select Store Credit or Exchange and we'll waive the fee!

- Club Mumu members in our VIP tier get free returns.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Returns take up to 10 business days to process once they arrive in our warehouse. Refunds can take 2-3 business days to reflect on your original form of payment (depending on your financial institution).

Exchanges

Once your return item has been dropped off at the Post Office, your exchange order will be processed and shipped via USPS. You'll be notified via email with your new tracking number.

Returning for a Gift Card

Once the return is processed, your Gift Card will be sent via email!

Terms & Conditions

- All tags must be attached and items must be in their original condition & packaging.

- When returning shoes, shoe boxes must be returned undamaged.

- Please try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.

- If the protective liner on swimwear has been removed, we will not accept your return.

- Damaged or defective merchandise must be notified to our team within 30 days.

- We do not refund outgoing shipping.

- International orders are considered Final Sale.

Returns on Sales & Promotions

Promotional prices are offered on certain items for a limited period of time. Temporary promotions may include a percentage off (ex. +15% off), a dollar off discount (ex. $10 off), or a product markdown offer (ex. was $128 now $98). These discounts will be reflected at checkout or on specific product or collection pages and cannot be combined with other offers, Mu Dollars, or applied to previous purchases. Offers are not available on Gift Cards, shipping, handling, and taxes. Prices, promotions, styles, and availability may vary. Return policy may change during promotional periods, please review the promotional disclaimers on site during the time of promotion. We reserve the right to end or modify promotional prices at any time.
