We take great pride in producing and preparing your all natural and GOTs-certified organic cotton batting so you receive them promptly and at the quality our customer's have come to expect from Vincent Manufacturing.

Our ship time estimates are as follows (unless otherwise noted in a product's description):

•All Natural and GOTS-Certified Organic Cotton products ship within 3-5 business days via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground from our Massachusetts facility.

•All Natural and GOTS-Certified Organic Cotton futons ship within 1-2 business days via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground from our Massachusetts facility.

•Orders weighing more than 150 lbs. will ship within 5-7 business days via LTL carrier from our New York facility.

Orders of $1,000.00 or more will ship with a signature required upon delivery.

ORDERS SHIPPING TO CANADA

We gladly ship to Canada. At checkout shipping rates will be quoted based upon the size of your order and will ship via FedEx or UPS. Orders exceeding 150 lbs. will ship via your LTL choice carrier.

•All product prices and shipping rates are quoted in U.S. or Canadian funds and do not include applicable duty, customs charges, or taxes which are paid directly by the customer.

•Please note, all shipping rates are provided as quotes only and subject to change prior to shipping your order. In some cases we may require an additional payment before shipping your order based upon the actual shipping rate at time of shipping.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@vincentmfg.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Vincent Manufacturing, 1 Ace Street, Fall River, MA 02720. You are responsible for the return shipping costs for the item(s) you are returning. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@vincentmfg.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@vincentmfg.com.
