Order Processing & Production

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

Certain Athlesi collections are fulfilled through intentional small-batch production and specialized manufacturing processes, which may require additional preparation time before shipment.

Processing timelines may vary depending on product availability, production volume, quality checks, seasonal demand, and product category.

Athlesi currently ships within the United States and U.S. Territories, including:

•P.O. Boxes

•APO/FPO military addresses

•American Samoa

•Guam

•Puerto Rico

•U.S. Virgin Islands

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines vary depending on the product category, production timeline, shipping destination, and carrier conditions.

Most orders within the United States and U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico, arrive within approximately 7–21 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during seasonal releases, holidays, promotional periods, high-demand events, weather disruptions, or carrier delays.

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

Because certain Athlesi collections are produced through different specialized manufacturing processes, items purchased together may ship separately depending on the product category and production timeline.

Tracking information will be provided for each shipment as it becomes available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on factors such as destination, package weight, order size, shipping method, and product category.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided via email once an order has shipped.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking activity after shipment confirmation has been sent.

Delivery Delays

While Athlesi always aims to meet estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond our control.

However, we actively monitor shipments and support customers in the event of unexpected delays whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Athlesi is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Athlesi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a delivery issue occurs, customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to Athlesi support.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, based on the carrier’s confirmed delivery date (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status).

If an order is delivered in multiple shipments, the return window begins once the final package is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@athlesi.com . Please include item description, item quantity, and the reason for return.

Note: Some return reasons will require a photo submission, please submit clear photos showing the issue.

Once submitted, you will get a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions along with an email confirmation. All returns must be sent to the address provided in the return authorization email and include RA number for processing purposes. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and without the RA number, will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can assist you.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Beauty products

• Bodysuits

• Intimates and lingerie

• Jewelry

• Swimwear

• Face masks

• Final sale items

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order once your return is processed.

International Orders

At this time, returns are only accepted for orders shipped within the United States.

Shipping & Fees

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

Restocking Fee

Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% or the entire return may be declined.

Refunds

Approved returns are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days from the time it arrives to our warehouse for processing. Athlesi will email you after return has been processed to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@athlesi.com.
