Free Shipping is available on orders over $49 for selected countries. Due to high logistics costs, free shipping is not available in all regions. Please refer to the checkout page for exact rates.

Shipping Origins

We operate a global warehouse network to serve riders worldwide:

Germany Warehouse → Ships to EU countries: Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

USA Warehouse → Ships within the United States.

UK Warehouse → Ships within the United Kingdom.

China Warehouse → Ships to all other countries not covered by the above warehouses, and also fulfills when local warehouse stock is unavailable.

Order Processing Rules

Orders for EU / US / UK Customers

•If every product in your order is in stock at your regional local warehouse, your entire parcel will be dispatched directly from this local warehouse.

•If local warehouse inventory is insufficient for full order fulfillment, part of your goods will be shipped separately from our China warehouse.

At checkout, you will see the shipping rate name confirming local dispatch:

DHL DE (Local Tax-Free Shipping) – for EU orders

FedEx US (Local Tax-Free Shipping) – for US orders

DPD UK (Local Tax-Free Shipping) – for UK orders

Orders for Non-EU / Non-US / Non-UK Customers

This rule also applies to EU, US, UK buyers who purchase items that are only stocked in our China warehouse:

Duties & Taxes

Local Warehouse Orders (DE/US/UK)If your order ships from your regional warehouse (e.g., Germany to EU countries, USA to US addresses, UK to UK addresses), it will be tax-free with no additional duties or VAT upon delivery.

China Warehouse OrdersIf your order ships from the China warehouse, product prices do not include taxes. You will need to pay any applicable import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by your local authority.

Tax-Inclusive Shipping OptionsFor the convenience of our customers, tax-inclusive (duty-paid) shipping methods are available in selected countries. Please note:

Within 1 year from the date of signing in, if there is any non-human damage performance failure, users can enjoy the free replacement service. The round-trip freight shall be borne by the CHIGEE.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the receipt of the goods to request a return. Man-made damaged , modified items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund due to personal preferences, the product must be in brand-new condition and suitable for resale. This means it should be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. As part of the return request process, photo evidence is required to confirm the condition of the product before a return can be approved. Please do not return the item(s) to the shipping address. Contact our customer support team for instructions on the return process.

CHIGEE shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement due to performance faults.

Damages

Please contact our Customer Service team immediately to report any damage. Upon receiving your report and documentation, we will swiftly address the issue. This may involve sending a replacement item or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refund

Refunds of all kinds are always processed back to the original form of payment and at this time, we do not have the ability to change the method of payment.

•Refunds may take 2-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time. Once processed, you'll receive an email confirmation.

•For returns, we require receipt and inspection of your item before issuing a refund, usually within 2-3 business days of its arrival. Your patience is appreciated as we verify adherence to our return policy guidelines.
