Processing and Handling

Fitness-Kingz do our best to process most orders as soon as possible however estimated processing times for different categories are as follows:

1. For all orders related to categories Body Wellness, Yoga & Meditation Products and Workout Wear it takes 1-3 days for 80% orders, 4-8 days for 15% orders and over 8 days 5% orders for all countries around world.

2. For Health Supplements order fulfillment time takes 2-5 business days before shipping . Orders that contain more than 10 items might take 3-10 business days to fulfill.

3. For orders belongs to Home Exercise Equipment's we do our best to process all orders within 1-2 days, but depending on order size some orders can take 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship Home Exercise Equipment's, Fitness Trackers only to United States because of their massive size and heavy weights and our fulfillment center locations. However, all other categories we ship all countries around the world at valid address.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking numbers. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

In the rare event that your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible or we will provide you immediate refund for the order.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to a shipping issue, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on returning the item and arranging for a replacement or refund.

Custom Duties and Fees

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply by local authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for information on these charges. For 90% of our products the customer dont required to pay customs.

Refunds, Returns and Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fitness-Kingz. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return including personalized/customized items, perishable goods, intimate apparel. Please check the size chart and notes carefully mentioned in description of products for all goods before purchase.

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

•Contact our customer support team at support@fitness-kingz.com to request a return authorization.

•Package the item securely, including all original packaging and any included accessories.

•Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with the return.

•Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping Costs:

Unless the return is due to an error of Fitness-Kingz part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product), you are not responsible for the return shipping costs. If the error occur due to customer mistake (e.g. purchasing wrong size item without checking properly) than you will be responsible for shipping fee for the return.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once we receive and process your return.

Restocking Fees:

We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns or exchanges. However, if the returned item is not in its original condition, a restocking fee may apply.
