Our greatest commitment is your full satisfaction. If you choose your product in our online store, but upon receiving it, found that there is a manufacturing defect, we guarantee your right to exchange or return as provided in the Australian Consumer Law Legislation.

•Aussie Massager Store will allow a return for store credit or exchange product where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
