Shipping Rates and Delivery EstimatesWe offer free shipping on orders over $70 USD. Orders under $70 are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout based on your location.

Standard Shipping: 1–4 weeks

Because our products are sourced from a global supplier network, delivery times can vary depending on your location, customs processing, and seasonal demand. Most orders arrive within 1–4 weeks of the ship date; in rare cases (e.g., holiday peak periods, customs delays) delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.

Order TrackingOnce your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to fully update, as it may pass through multiple carriers.

International ShippingInternational orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer and not included in your order total.

Multiple Items, Multiple PackagesIf you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages on different days. This is normal and does not indicate an issue with your order.

Lost or Stolen PackagesDeanBuy is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked "delivered" by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly, and reach out to us at support@deanbuy.com so we can help where possible.

Delayed OrdersIf your order has not arrived within 5 weeks of the ship date, please contact us at support@deanbuy.com and we'll investigate or offer a resolution.

Address AccuracyPlease double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

Order CancellationsYou may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will likely already be in processing with our fulfillment partner and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.

ReturnsYou have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

•The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging

•You must contact us first to request a return — items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted

•Proof of purchase (order number) is required

How to Start a ReturnEmail us at support@deanbuy.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions within 1–2 business days. In many cases, due to international return shipping costs, we may offer a partial refund without requiring the item be shipped back — this is evaluated case by case.

Return ShippingIf a physical return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Restocking FeeA 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns to cover processing and handling, deducted from your refund total. This fee is waived for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect ItemsContact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you — no restocking fee, no return shipping charge.

Non-Returnable ItemsFor hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened eyewear, wrist rests, or seat cushions. All sale items and gift cards are final sale.

ExchangesWe don't currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

RefundsOnce your return is received and approved (or your case-by-case refund is approved), you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
