Order Processing

Most orders ship the same business day or the following business day from our Dallas, TX warehouse, subject to availability and payment verification. We process and ship orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they're placed to ensure they ship as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We can only accommodate cancellation requests within approximately 5–10 minutes of placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we're unable to cancel it. If your order is no longer needed, you're welcome to return it after delivery, provided it meets our return policy requirements.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address before your order ships, but once it has been dispatched, no further changes can be made.

U.S. Shipping

We offer free standard ground shipping on select U.S. orders over $250 USD.

Select bridal styles are excluded from free standard shipping.

Available shipping options and pricing will be displayed during checkout.

Please note that wrapping paper is only available for U.S. customers and cannot be shipped using express shipping methods.

International Shipping

We offer free express shipping on select international orders over $300 USD.

Orders under this amount will incur a flat-rate international shipping fee of $15 USD.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

We do not currently offer additional expedited shipping options for international orders.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time estimates begin once your order has been picked up and scanned by the carrier.

U.S. Orders

Standard shipping: approximately 5–8 business days

International Orders

DHL Express: approximately 3–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be impacted by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or local disruptions once the shipment has left our warehouse.

Address Requirements

We do not ship to domestic or international P.O. boxes.

However, we do ship to military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses, which will be delivered via USPS.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. For Love & Lemons is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Address Changes

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

For security reasons, orders cannot be rerouted, redirected, or modified after they leave our warehouse.

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed, the order will be processed as a return once received.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once the shipment has been processed by the carrier.

Delayed Shipments

If your tracking information shows that your package has stopped updating or appears delayed, please contact our Customer Care team and we will review the shipment with the carrier.

Delivered but Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please allow up to 5 business days from the delivery date for it to arrive.

Carriers may mark packages as delivered before they physically arrive, or a neighbor or building manager may have accepted the package.

If the package still cannot be located after this time, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date so we can review the shipment with the carrier.

Carrier investigations may take several weeks to complete.

Duties & Taxes

Some international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and included in your total.

These charges are determined by your destination country and order value and are non-refundable.

DDU Shipments

Some countries require orders to be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

If your order is shipped DDU, any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

For Love & Lemons cannot guarantee the cost of these fees.

Shopify Collective Orders

Items purchased through Shopify Collective are fulfilled and shipped directly from the partner brand.

These items will ship separately from For Love & Lemons products and may arrive in multiple packages with different tracking numbers.

Shipping costs, delivery timelines, and shipping methods may vary depending on the partner brand fulfilling the order.

Important Notes

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of For Love & Lemons’ control.

What is your return policy?

Orders may be returned up to 21 days after your order has shipped. Returns must be in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations. All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and any included accessories (gloves, removable straps, neck scarves, etc.)

Any item that shows signs of wear (stains, odor, missing tags, missing accessories, etc.) will automatically incur a 25% restocking fee.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. If received, they will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
