SupremeDIY.com offers multiple choices of shipping. Different choices will be available to you based on your selection and location. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

You may estimate shipping and see the different options for items by clicking on "estimate shipping" when you view your shopping cart. You may select your final choice of shipping during our One Page Checkout process. Most items allow for free shipping on orders over $75.00. Some larger or heavier items will have separate shipping charges.

Order Cancellations/Changes

Orders may not be cancelled or changed after 1 Business Hour. If your order status shows "Approved" that means that it already in process and cannot be cancelled. You must email your cancellation request to support@supremediy.com.

Failure to provide an accurate shipping address may incur a $20 address correction fee. Please review your order confirmation email for accuracy and notify us immediately of any errors.

Small Package Shipping

For home delivery, we ship Fedex, UPS, or USPS. The fees are based on your product selection, order amount and are subject to change. You will see the final options during check out. Contact us with any questions.

Shipping Times

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Arrival will depend on your choice of shipping (ground, expedited, etc.). You will receive tracking information after your order ships to view status and arrival time.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Orders may only be cancelled within 1 business hours of placement. If your order shows "Approved" it is already in process and may not be cancelled.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We cannot accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Any products not ordered from SupremeDIY.com (ie, in-store purchases).

To begin the return process, you will need an RMA, please email us at Support@SupremeDIY.com to receive one. If the return is the result of our error, we will send you a return shipping label. All necessary instructions will be sent to you.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@SupremeDIY.com. We will send you easy instructions on how to process the exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address given to you in your RMA email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
