Shipping From Multiple Warehouses

We ship from our US, Canadian, and Asia fulfillment centers, depending on stock availability and which route gets your order moving the fastest. It’s not always the closest warehouse, but it is the one that gets your puzzles to you sooner!

Most USA & Canada orders arrive within 1–7 business days. If you're looking for quicker shipping, find us on Amazon! For any orders outside of USA & Canada, please allow up to 14 business days for it to arrive.

No Duties or Tariffs for USA & Canada

All orders shipping to the USA and Canada are tariff-free. That means no surprise charges, we’ve already covered them for you!

International Orders

For countries outside the USA and Canada, local customs may charge duties, brokerage fees, or taxes upon arrival. These are billed directly by your customs office and are to be paid by the recipient.

Lost or Stolen Package

When your order is handed to the carrier, they’re responsible for getting it to you. If an issue comes up (like a lost or misdelivered package), the carrier can open a claim. We’re always happy to point you in the right direction if you need support.

We want you to love your Odd Pieces puzzles. If something’s not quite right, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please hang on to your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues If your puzzle arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please get in touch with us right away. We’ll review the situation and make things right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items We can’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards, but everything else is covered.

Refunds Once your return is received and checked, we’ll confirm whether it’s approved. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Your bank or credit card company may take a little extra time to process it.) If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you still haven’t seen the refund, just drop us a note at hello@oddpieces.com and we'll look into it!
