Stocks Availability & Shipping

The SupremeGameGear website is used as the reference for the availability of the products. The products are offered within the limit of stocks available. 3 levels of stock are defined:

IN STOCK = the product is in stock in our warehouse and can be immediately delivered subject to sufficient quantities in stock in the case of a large order on one or more products.

OUT OF STOCK = the product is not available and the supplier did not provide a restocking date. SupremeGameGear does not take orders on this product as it cannot confirm a delivery date within a reasonable delay.

PRE-ORDER = the product has not been yet released/will be available in very limited stocks. It will be delivered within the limit of our stocks as soon as its official launch/restocking date.

The indication of the inventory status of the product is thus given at the time of the creation of the order on our website, which is directly influenced by our suppliers and by other customers. It is possible that modifications are made on the availability of a product and, therefore, possible that after the creation of your order a product turns out to be unavailable. SupremeGameGear is committed to inform as fast as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipment will be closed on Hong Kong & China public holidays.

What are the Shipping Methods?

We ship to most countries in the world, except: Some Countries, A.P.O. Box (USA), P.O. Box, parcel locker or hotel addresses. The order will be shipped to the delivery address* supplied and confirmed by the customer.

Different shipping methods are available: DHL, FedEx and Aramex. Average shipping time will be 2-3 days for Express service and 7-20 days for Economy service. We can use your own company courier account for shipping if you prefer. In addition, if you prefer to use other shipping methods, please let us know and we will quote the price in advance.

Each delivery will correspond to a tracking number which will be mentioned on the commercial invoice (provided to the customer 1-2 days upon shipment). The parcel(s) can be tracked on the courier website.

* In the event of a change of delivery address, we contact your sales representatives as soon as possible. Any modification after shipment, address correction fee will be applied.

Note: All shipping lead times are for reference purposes only. In exceptional cases, longer lead times may apply and shipments may be delayed by your local customs office. SupremeGameGear does not offer any guarantee on the shipping lead times listed.

What is the Shipping Cost?

The price depends on the weight* of product, the destination, the shipping method and other considerations. Detailed pricing information is visible when placing an order. Each new order will include an estimate which will mention the delivery expenses inherent and estimate delivery time to the order.

* The shipping cost is according to the highest weight between real weight and volumetric weight of the cartons.

* If your address is located in a remote area/residential area for the courier of your choice, we will contact you to discuss the issue. You will need to pay an extra fee to cover shipping difference from FedEx or DHL.

About Insurance

By default we ship without insurance. If you do want to insure your parcel, please contact your sales representative to revise your order. The additional fee for an insured package is 1.5%.

About Tax & Duties

Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. SupremeGameGear is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

Order & Validation of Order

SupremeGameGear is a leading online distributor of video game accessories and other unique items. We offer wholesale and distributor pricing to qualified retailers for over 500 of our products. We are well equipped to handle any volume at a very competitive price.

To apply for a wholesale* account it is required to be logged on. You will be able to review stack prices for most of our accessories online on their detailed product pages and manage your bulk purchases with ease just as making any usual purchase. It is also possible to carry out an order by e-mail and instant messaging (like Skype, QQ, whatsapp, Wechat, etc.). The discussions are recorded in order to avoid any litigation.

We offer additional discounts on large orders for a large number of items that we carry, especially for third party accessories. Please contact your sales representatives for details.

When the customer carries out the creation of an order, it will receive thereafter an order notification, summing up the articles ordered as well as the shipping cost related to the delivery of the order concerned. The customer will have to validate this Proforma after having checked all the details of it (addresses, nature of the articles, prices etc.). The validation of the Proforma is equal to a confirmation of the order and agreement to Terms of Sales and is transmitted to our shipping staff for delivery.

Order Cancellation

We are afraid that we do not accept the order cancellation of:1. Any confirmed orders2. Any special sourced products or customized items3. Any product that was listed upon purchase on our webpage with the disclaimer: "Once bought, this item cannot be cancelled or returned" You are able to cancel without reasons before the end of the Pre-order deadline and SupremeGameGear will offer full refund including the shipping cost. On the other hand, if the Pre-order deadline has passed and the stock has been allocated to your order, cancellations will not be accepted.
