Here at NSE Imports we know how frustrating it is to place an order and not know what's happening, To ensure safe delivery of your purchases we only ship items using tracked deliveries, once your order is on the move we will update you with your tracking number(s).

As we ship from a variety of locations you order may come in multiple packages and arrive at different times. Should you have any questions regarding your delivery, please contact us and we shall be happy to help.

Delivery Times:

UK Warehouses:Items from our UK Warehouses currently only ship to UK addresses, these typically take about 5-7 working days from dispatch.

EU Warehouses:Items from our EU Warehouses ship to most EU countries including Ireland and where possible the UK. Deliveries can take 7-14 days from dispatch depending on which country you are in and the originating country.

US Warehouses:Items from our US Warehouses ship to most states within 7-14 days from dispatch. US outlying islands and protectorates (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands etc..) may require us to ship from our China Warehouses due to USPS's strange rules and prices.

China Warehouses:Items from our China warehouses can ship to most countries, deliveries take about 10-25 days from dispatch. Should you find we have not got a shipping option for your country please contact us for pricing.

Shipping Address Errors/Changes:

Should you find you have made an error in your shipping address when placing an order, please contact us immediately, we will cancel your order allowing to purchase again using the correct details. To protect both us and our customers we will not change addresses on existing orders, this is due to the order no longer being covered under any protection from payment providers or couriers should an issue arise (lost in transit, misdelivered, fraud etc...).

Import Taxes and Customs Fees:

All our orders are shipped with relevant taxes paid for your country, this includes but is not limited to UK VAT, EU VAT, US State Tax (where applicable) and Norway's VOEC system. In the unlikely event that your order arrives in your country and requires Customs fees, please contact us and will we either pay your fees directly or reimburse you for them, we will require proof of the fees being charged, for example in the UK we typically receive the Royal Mail Silver Card through our door, other countries have similar systems.

Delivery Issues:

While we hope that every delivery will arrive smoothly there may issues, we aim to be proactive regarding this and should an issue be flagged up, such as failed deliveries, no answer, address issues or something totally unexpected, we will contact you to make you aware.

BREXIT Information:

Post BREXIT we are no longer able to ship from the UK to other countries. If we have an item in out UK warehouse and you would like to purchase it outside the UK, please get in touch and we'll be happy to see if we can help source it for you.

Print on Demand:

Our Print on Demand items vary in shipping times depending on which country they are being printed in, where possible we aim to print in the same country, region or continent as you are ordering from to minimise shipping times.

International Orders:

We welcome orders from International customers, most products have shipping options to allow international buyers access to our products. Should we not yet have your country as a delivery location, please contact us so we can add your country as a destination.

Russia:Customers from Russia are welcome to place orders with us, as required by your countries import regulation we may sometimes have to request your Date of Birth, Passport Number and Tax Number. This information is only shared with our couriers to deliver your items and is handled in line with our Privacy Policy .

France:Customers from France are welcome to place orders with us, however, due to your countries import law change in 2021 we cannot ship goods over €150(£120) to France at this time. Orders placed over this value will be politely refunded.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (normally a copy of your order email). We will usually request a photo or short video of the issue to help work with you to the best resolution.To start a return, you can email us at shop@nseimports.co.uk or use our contact form . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), intimate clothing (underwear/swimsuits) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Where an item contains a consumable such as a 3D Printer filament sample we'll ask you to return as much as you have left.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, digital download products, or gift cards.

For oversized items such as 3D Printers where shipping is exceptionally expensive we may work with you to ship replacement parts. This does not affect the warranty and if the issue is reported in the first 30 days we extend that policy beyond that time to allow for this.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we'll either ship a new item against your existing order, or request you make a separate purchase for the new item (we will of course refund the original).

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank, credit card company or payment processor (PayPal, Klarna etc..) to process and post the refund too.
