Shipping Exclusions (Important)

To ensure reliable delivery and prevent courier-related issues, we currently do NOT ship to these European destinations:

These exclusions are due to unreliable couriers, high return rates, false delivery scans, difficult customs processes, and excessive chargeback activity.

Customers from these locations may still browse the website but cannot place orders for delivery.EU customers may arrange pickup in Cyprus (Akis Express) by contacting us before ordering.(Standard pickup fees apply.)

This complies with EU Geo-Blocking Regulation 2018/302, which allows limiting delivery areas while providing access to the store.

3. Shipping Fees

Cyprus:

Orders €5 or more → Free Shipping

Orders under €5 → €3 shipping fee

Europe:

Shipping fees vary by country and courier and are shown at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

Cyprus Deliveries:

From Cyprus warehouse stock: 1–2 business days

From European warehouses: 5–15 business days

EU Deliveries:

General estimate: 7–21 business daysPortugal: 10–25 business days

Delivery times depend on destination, customs clearance, and local couriers.Peak seasons (Christmas, Easter, Back-to-School) may experience delays.

5. Heavy or Oversized Items

Some larger items may require pickup at:

These items are excluded from standard delivery fees.

6. Undelivered Orders

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information.

For prepaid orders €20+:

If delivery exceeds 4 weeks, customers may receive:➡️ 10% store credit (up to €20)

If undelivered after 30 days, the order may be refunded in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and our Refunds Policy.

7. International Shipping Responsibilities

For customers outside Cyprus, additional costs may apply:

InterCyprus is not responsible for delays caused by customs or import regulations.

8. Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided when available.

Orders can be tracked via:

Some domestic shipments within Cyprus may not include tracking.

9. Damaged During Shipping

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact sales@intercyprus.com within 48 hours.We will arrange:

repair

replacement

or refund

as outlined in our Refunds, Returns & Warranties Policy.

10. Responsibility for Outbound Shipments

InterCyprus is responsible for your order until delivery, as required by EU consumer law.Lost outbound parcels will be handled between InterCyprus and the courier.

11. Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels

If a customer:

refuses delivery,

enters an incomplete/incorrect address, or

fails to collect the parcel,

…the shipment is returned to InterCyprus.

Such cases are considered unclaimed shipments, not valid withdrawals.

We may deduct:

the original shipping cost, and

the return-to-sender fee

from any refund.

If the parcel is lost during the return trip, no refund will be issued because the item never reached us.

📄 Refunds, Returns, Exchanges & Legal Guarantee Policy

InterCyprus is committed to offering high-quality products and excellent customer service.This policy describes your rights regarding refunds, returns, exchanges, delivery issues, and the EU legal guarantee for purchases made on InterCyprus.com.

If translations differ, the English version prevails.

1. EU Consumer Rights (14-Day Withdrawal)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers may return most products within 14 days of receiving the order.

Return conditions:

Item must be in original condition

Unused, unworn, undamaged

In original packaging

With proof of purchase

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.

2. How to Request a Return

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (plants, food, etc.)

Custom or personalized products

Personal-care items and Medicasl Supplies and equipment

Hazardous materials / flammable liquids/ bulbs and batteries of all kinds

•Gift cards

Clearance Items / Known Defects

Items discounted due to known or disclosed defects are not returnable with respect to those defects.

Vehicle-specific parts and accessories (non-returnable)

Parts and accessories supplied based on vehicle compatibility or configuration information — including but not limited to cars, trucks, motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, and vehicle-specific accessories such as seat covers — are prepared specifically according to the customer’s selected specifications and the published compatibility data shown on the product page.

These items are considered made-to-order / vehicle-specific products and are excluded from returns and refunds once dispatched, including cases where the item does not fit the vehicle or seat configuration.

Responsibility for verifying compatibility based on the information provided rests with the customer.

Exceptions apply only in the following limited cases:

Manufacturing defects, where the item is proven to be faulty prior to installation or use, and

Damage occurring during transport, provided that:

the issue is reported within 24–48 hours of delivery, and

clear photographic evidence of the unopened packaging and the item is provided.

Damage or malfunction resulting from installation, attempted installation, use, modification, handling, or improper fitting is not eligible for return or refund.

By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms.

Import Duties on Returned Items

For international orders, the price paid may include import duties, customs charges, or other mandatory import fees, including any per-item import charge imposed by the European Union. These charges are paid when the goods are imported and cannot be recovered by us if the item is later returned.

Therefore, when a return is refunded, any import duty, customs charge, or mandatory import fee already paid in connection with the order will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact sales@intercyprus.com immediately.We will arrange:

replacement,

or refund,

depending on the situation.

5. Exchanges

5.1 Customer-Requested Exchanges (size, colour, change of mind)

5.2 Defective or Incorrect Items

InterCyprus covers all return and replacement shipping.

Process for all exchanges:

Exchanges are processed as:➡️ return of the original item➡️ creation of a new order

6. Refunds

You will be notified when your return is received and inspected.Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Undelivered or Cancelled Orders

If shipping issues or supplier stock errors occur, we may issue a refund.

Delivery Delay Credit

For prepaid orders €20+ not delivered within 4 weeks:➡️ 10% store credit (up to €20)

Orders undelivered after 30 days may be refunded under EU law.

7. EU Legal Guarantee (2 Years)

All consumer goods include a 2-year legal guarantee under EU Directive 2019/771.

Coverage includes:

repair

replacement

refund (if repair or replacement is impossible)

First 6 Months

Any defect is presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise.

After 6 Months

Customer must show the defect existed at delivery.

Exclusions:

Not covered:

misuse

accidents

negligence

wear and tear

use outside intended purpose

8. Components With Limited Lifespan

Certain components (motors, water pumps, fans, solenoids, heating elements, etc.) may have shorter natural lifespans.

Failures due to:

wear and tear

continuous heavy use

debris/water impurities

overheating

lack of maintenance

…are not considered manufacturing defects.

Guarantee applies only to defects existing at delivery.

9. Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels (EU-Compliant)

If a customer:

refuses delivery

enters an incorrect / incomplete address

fails to collect the parcel

…then the shipment will return to us.

This is treated as an unclaimed shipment, not a legal withdrawal.

We may deduct:

original shipping cost, and

return-to-sender cost

from any refund.

If the parcel is lost during return transit, no refund will be issued.

10. Loss or Damage During Customer-Arranged Returns

For returns arranged by the customer (e.g., 14-day withdrawal):

You are responsible until we receive the item

If lost or damaged, the refund may be reduced or denied

We strongly recommend tracked shipping.

11. International Customers (Outside the EU)

Change-of-mind returns require approval.

Customer pays return shipping.

Legal Guarantee

Coverage depends on the laws of the destination country and manufacturer policies.

Taxes & Duties

Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
