Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer FREE CURBSIDE DELIVERY within 10-14 Business for all orders in the United States continental. If you need some specific arrangements for your delivery, please contact our Customers Service before placing your order.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please, contact us before taking any action.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

SET SHOP AND SMILE ships ONLY to PHYSICAL ADDRESSES within the U.S. Continental .

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SET SHOP AND SMILE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We don’t ship outside the U.S. Continental.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send us an email at customerservice@setshopandsmile.com .

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged . If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at customerservice@setshopandsmile.com. We will provide you with a return label.

PLEASE, DO NOT SEND YOUR PURCHASE BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER, or DO NOT REFUSE TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEM FROM THE CARRIER. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE YOU REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

Shipping

To return your product, contact us first. W e will provide you with a return label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
