Delayed delivery - in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days.

This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December months), during promotions or other instances.

PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME

Please note that processing time (3-5 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).

After your order has been processed, our shipping company for dispatch will then pick up your package. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.

Processing Time - in very rare instances, may take longer than the stated expected time frame. During busy time like holidays, promotions or other instances processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel a order if it has already been processed.

If order is cancelled within 30 minutes before your order is PROCESSED there is a transaction fee of $20 per each order

If you reach out and we tell you it is processed, the order cannot be cancelled.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Heavy Equipment Return Policy

Due to the size, weight, and freight shipping requirements of heavy equipment, special return conditions apply.

- Heavy equipment is non-returnable once it has been shipped, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

- Any approved return of heavy equipment is subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for all return freight shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

- Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.

- Refusing delivery without prior authorization may result in additional shipping and handling charges being deducted from any eligible refund.

- Please inspect all heavy equipment upon delivery before signing for the shipment whenever possible.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take 5–10 business days to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return procedure.
