This policy explains where we ship, shipping fees, order processing, delivery estimates, order changes/cancellations, and delivery issue handling for orders placed on ayllonfurniture.com.

We only ship within the United States and do not currently support shipping to other countries.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2) Shipping Fees (Standard Shipping)

Free standard shipping on orders $90 or more.

A flat $8 standard shipping fee applies to orders under $90.

The applicable shipping fee is displayed at checkout before payment.

3) Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing includes order verification, packing, and carrier pickup.

4) Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is typically 3–6 business days after shipment.

Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier operations, weather, peak seasons, and destination-specific conditions.

5) Shipping Carriers & Delivery Methods

We ship using major U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and we may also use regional carriers depending on the item, destination, and service availability.

Carrier selection is based on factors such as package size/weight, destination, and operational capacity. We cannot guarantee a specific carrier for every order.

Some larger or bulky items may ship via freight delivery. Freight deliveries may require appointment scheduling, and the carrier may contact you using the phone number provided at checkout.

Before shipment: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make a reasonable effort to cancel it. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (see refund timing in our Returns & Refund Policy ).

After shipment: If the order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy (eligibility applies).

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided at checkout, or if delivery is refused, carrier return fees and/or shipping fees may apply.

This policy explains returns, refunds, and how we handle damaged/incorrect items for purchases made on ayllonfurniture.com.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We do not provide free return shipping for non-defective returns unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. The customer is responsible for the package until it is received and inspected by us.

Original shipping charges:

Shipping fees paid at checkout (if any) are non-refundable after the order has shipped.

If your order qualified for free shipping, there was no outbound shipping fee paid to refund.

Damaged / defective / incorrect item (our error):

If the issue is confirmed after review, we will provide instructions and an appropriate resolution, which may include a prepaid return label, replacement, refund, or other solution (as applicable).

Do not ship items back without written instructions from us.

Refused delivery / incorrect or incomplete address:

We offer complimentary Limited Warranties on our furniture, which are applicable to the original buyer at the original delivery address. Our Limited Warranty includes coverage against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery. Our Limited Warranty additionally includes coverage against structural frame defects for 3 years from the date of delivery. Ayllon Furniture Limited Warranties do not apply to any conditions resulting from faulty installation, misuse or expected wear. A manufacturing defect is defined, for the purpose of these Limited Warranties, as causing the product to be structurally unsound, faulty, or significantly altering the appearance of the product. In the event that you find yourself experiencing an issue with our guarantee, please reach out to us so we can make it right.
