Delivery TimesEstimated delivery times vary depending on the type of item ordered.

• Parcel shipments (small items): 2–7 business days after shipment• Freight shipments (large furniture items): up to approximately 21 business days

Freight Delivery (Large Furniture)Large furniture items are shipped via freight carriers. Once your order has shipped, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

Customers must be available to receive and sign for the delivery at the scheduled time. If a delivery appointment is missed or refused, additional delivery or re-delivery fees may apply.

Tracking InformationA tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping DelaysWhile we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to carrier scheduling, weather conditions, supply chain issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Out of Stock ItemsOur inventory is updated frequently. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will typically be restocked. When available, an estimated restock date may be displayed on the product page. Product WarrantyWe offer a 30-day guarantee against manufacturer defects. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution. Returns related to defects must be authorized before being processed.

RETURNS

Return Authorization RequiredAll returns must be authorized before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Buyer’s Remorse ReturnsIf you decide you no longer want an item, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging• The product must be in resellable condition• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs• A return authorization must be issued before the item is returned

Restocking FeeApproved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee once the returned item has been received and inspected. This fee helps cover handling, processing, and restocking costs.

Damaged or Defective ItemsIf your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damage to help process a replacement or resolution.
