Ship Times

We do our best to ship all hard parts within 24 hours on normal business days. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will ship on Monday. Items that are custom or hand made such as control panels ect will ship in 4-7 business days. Business days are considered Monday thru Friday excluding any banking holiday.

Freight ForwardsIf you decide to use a freight forward for any part of your shipment we will not be liable for any delivery issues if the item shows to be delivered by our carrier. We will not be liable for any damages since we will not know when the damaged occurred, IE during our shipment or the freight forward portion. We highly suggest you do not use a freight forward.

Covid-19 Slow, Lost or Stolen Packages

Effective April 1, 2020 due to covid-19 please allow up to 3 weeks for items to arrive. Ship times have been very poor threw every US carrier. We do our best to have items scanned by the carrier to show it has been received.

If a package shows delivered to your address you will be liable to file claim for missing or stolen package with the carrier. If the item does not show delivered in the above 3 week time frame then we will contact the carrier on your behalf to locate it and if we are unable to locate the package within 5 business days a refund will be issued or package will be resent at the customers discretion.

As of April 1, 2020 all US carriers have suspended any shipping guarantees. No refunds for shipping will be given for slow delivery, these are beyond our control.

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on any item that has had the warranty seal tampered with or removed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping Before returning any item please contact support to get approval. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
