We try to use the fastest, cleanest and sexiest couriers out there. Unfortunate for all of us, they won’t bring your Pockies for free. We try to keep shipping fees as low as possible and here is how it works.

NETHERLANDS​On orders over €50,-, you don’t have to worry because we will pay for shipping. But if you are not ready to order that many Pockies, we will ask you to pay €3.95 to help us cover some of the shipping fees.

If you order before 11:30 PM (23:30), your Pockies will arrive on the next day. There are no deliveries on Sunday's btw.

BELGIUM​For our Belgian friends, the same shipment costs apply (free shipping on all orders over €50,- and otherwise €3.95).

If you order before 9:30 PM (21:30), your Pockies will arrive on the next day. There are no deliveries on Sunday's.

GERMANY​We see you Germany! That's why we apply free shipping on all orders over €50,-. We don't discriminate so standard shipping will cost you €3.95.

Delivery will take 1-2 days (no deliveries on Sunday's).

EUROPE ZONE 1Delivery time between 1-3 working days. Free shipping on orders above €100. For orders below €100 standard shipping applies which costs €5.95.

Countries in Europe Zone 1: France, Austria, Denmark.

EUROPE ZONE 2Delivery between 2-5 working days. Free shipping on orders above €100. For orders below €100 standard shipping applies which costs €9.95.

UNITED KINGDOMWe see you UK, also after the Brexit! That's why we apply free shipping on all orders over £100,-. We don't discriminate so standard shipping will cost you £9.95. Delivery will take 2-5 business days (no deliveries on Sunday's).

UNITED STATES & CANADAFor all US & Canada orders the shipping is free above around $100,-. Orders below $100,- it will cost you $14.95. It can take 2-5 business days to receive your order. Every order will be provided with a tracking number.

REST OF WORLDOf course we also deliver to the Rest of the World! Sydney, Maldives or Rio de Janeiro? We’ve got you covered. Because our couriers have to go the distance, the price is higher. For €19.95 we put the Pockies on your doormat on all orders under €200. If you love to spend more than €200 we take care of the shipping fees.

We are currently not shipping to Afghanistan, Algeria, Burkina Faso, Chad, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guernsey, Iran, Iraq, Isle of Man, Jersey, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Niger, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Ukraine, Yemen.

CUSTOMS & BREXIT

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Pockies.BREXITDue to Brexit, additional taxes may apply when goods arrive in the United Kingdom. If you, for whatever reason, are not extremely satisfied with your brand new Pockies, you can return them within 14 days after delivery. For obvious hygienic reasons, you can return our underwear if the outside packaging is still sealed. If not sealed? Just contact us and we will figure something out.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Products with obvious signs of use Packaging that has been opened Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@pockies.com.

Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
