When will my item ship?

Orders for products which are in-stock will be processed within 7-10 business days after order confirmation. You will receive an additional email when your order has shipped.

Please be aware this timeline does not apply to preorders, which will have an ETA mentioned on the product page. Shipping estimates are subject to change due to natural disaster and shipping/handling delays.

Orders combining different preorders and/or preorders mixed with in stock merchandise will not ship until ALL products are in stock.

International Shipments

Dino Diapers is not responsible for duty costs/customs fees and other costs associated with international shipments.

Shipping Support

In the event that your order arrives damaged, or packaging is tampered with, please email us at support@dinodiapers.com.

If you need to update address or shipping information after placing an order, this can be done as long as an email to support@dinodiapers.com is received prior to the shipping confirmation email.

Dino Diapers is not responsible for delivery issues or replacement if an email is not received prior to the item being shipped.

Dino Diapers is not liable for any lost packages. If the package is marked as delivered, please reach out to the carrier for assistance with a resolution.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns to help cover return shipping costs. To start a return, you can contact us at support@dinodiapers.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@dinodiapers.com .

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellations

There will be a 15% cancellation fee on in stock items that have not shipped. We do not process cancellations on preorder items; you can request a return once your preorder has shipped to you. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items to help cover shipping costs.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Product Warranty Our physical products have a 30-day warranty from the time of receipt; receipt is determined by delivery date of tracking number. Items to be found defective or damaged after laundering or use will be at the sole discretion of Dino Diapers. If a brand new item is damaged, something is missing or is otherwise defective, Dino Diapers will pay to ship the item back to our shop, and a replacement, store credit, or refund will be issued at our discretion.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Washed diapers and all inserts are not eligible for a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
