Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).Delivery time varies based on stock availability and warehouse location, ranging from 3 to 10 business days.

Please note that once an order is shipped and tracking is provided, the responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping courier. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

•Once an order is shipped and tracking details are provided, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the courier.

•If a package is marked "Delivered" by the courier but was not received, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or security.

•If a package is lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the shipping provider, we will assist in filing a claim. Refunds or replacements will only be processed after the claim is settled.

Signature Requirement for High-Value Orders

•Orders above $XX require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the package for collection.

•If a package is refused, we will not issue a refund or reshipment.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

•Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

•If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will offer reshipping at the customer’s expense.

•Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.

Currency & Exchange Rates

•All prices are listed in SGD (or your store’s base currency).

•Refunds, if applicable, are processed in the same currency and amount as the original transaction.

•We do not cover exchange rate fluctuations.

Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable

•Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the courier confirms a total package loss.

•If an item is returned due to customs refusal or failure to pick up, shipping fees will not be refunded.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

All chargebacks for delivered orders will be disputed with proof of delivery.

•Fraudulent claims may result in a ban from future purchases or legal action.

Our policy allows returns within 7 days of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is defective under Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Lemon Law Protections (Defective Items)

Under Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, customers are entitled to remedies for defective products within 6 months of purchase. If an item is found to be defective and the defect is not caused by misuse, customers may request a repair, replacement, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

•If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

•Sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective due to material faults (not wear and tear). Please contact hello@kekatoys.com to arrange an exchange.

Shipping for Returns

•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

•We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

•If an item is lost in transit and no tracking was used, we cannot be held responsible.

•If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective.
