What locations do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 states on every order! We are currently offering free shipping to the lower 48 states. We do charge shipping to orders to Alaska and Hawaii.

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through our domestic warehouses. Most orders are shipped via FedEx ground. We typically take 3 – 10 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 1-5 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order.

What do I do if my order is lost.

Each order will be sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

Extended Delays

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@survivalsupplyhouse.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not cover freight on returns, therefore shipping labels will not be prepaid. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Anything opened food items cannot be returned due to sanitary issues. We do accept returns on items exceeding their shelf life. However, this should not be an issue as the shelf life of our food items is 10 to 25 years.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
