Gift cards, delivery costs, credit charges, bank fees and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 12-6635 20e Avenue H1X2J4 Montreal, Canada

•Once you have your return label, please pack the item you wish to return in its original packaging ideally. Please include your invoice and indicate the reason for your return.

•Affix the return label on the package. Please make sure the original shipping label is covered.

•Simply bring it to your nearest Post Office.

Note that, Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
