RETURN PROCESS

PROCESSING TIME

It usually takes 7-10 business days to process the return after receiving your package. If your item is eligible for a refund, the funds will be returned to the original payment account within 3-5 business days of being processed.

THE RETURNED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

If any of the above situations occur, the items will be returned to you at an additional cost.

If you return items and the remaining items no longer meet the discount threshold, the discount will be adjusted based on the new quantity.If the remaining items no longer qualify for any discount, they will be charged at full price.Any price difference will be refunded or charged to your original payment method.

Final Purchase Quantity:Final Quantity = Purchased Items - Returned Items.If the final quantity is less than 2, no discount applies.
